Job Summary
Responsible for leading the organizations affiliation strategy identifying potential partnerships and opportunities and negotiating and maintaining successful relationships with partners

Essential Functions:
-Develop and implement the organizations affiliation strategy.
-Identify potential affiliation opportunities and partnerships that align with the organizations strategic goals.
-Conduct research and analysis on potential partners and the competitive landscape.
-Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including partners internal teams and external organizations.
-Negotiate and manage affiliation agreements to ensure that all parties meet their obligations.
-Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure that affiliated organizations are meeting the organizations standards and expectations.
-Ensure that affiliated organizations comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
-Monitor and report on the success of affiliated organizations and partnerships.

Bachelors Degree Related Field of Study required or Masters Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Experience
Experience in affiliation or partnership management preferably in healthcare or related field 5-7 years required
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to affiliation and partnership management.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
