Pilatus is hiring a Procurement Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for managing supplier performance ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and meeting operational needs with a specific focus on aftermarket support. The Procurement Specialist will oversee the sourcing procurement and management of aftermarket aircraft components ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness for maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) operations. Based in Broomfield CO this position requires creative problem-solving relationship-building multi-tasking and the ability to address supplier challenges in real-time. This role is integral to maintaining a resilient and efficient supply chain ensuring that aftermarket component procurement supports Pilatus operational and strategic goals. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Manages and optimizes relationships with North American suppliers specializing in aftermarket aircraft components ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and performance expectations
Develops and implements procurement strategies to enhance supplier performance minimize risks and achieve cost savings in the aftermarket sector
Ensures availability of critical aftermarket components to support maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) operations
Acts as an escalation point for critical supplier issues and facilitates timely resolution
Collaborates with internal teams including supply chain engineering finance and MRO operations to support business objectives
Leads cost-reduction initiatives and contributes to procurement process improvements
Negotiates supplier agreements to secure favorable pricing and contract terms for aftermarket components
Conducts supplier risk assessments and develops mitigation strategies
Ensures alignment with global supply chain strategies and corporate objectives
Travels domestically and internationally on short notice as required

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 3 years in procurement or supply chain management with experience in aftermarket aircraft components procurement preferred
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills particularly in the MRO and aftermarket sectors
Ability to leverage data and analytics for decision-making
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of procurement contract terms and conditions
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed

The salary range for this position is $67301 - 90856 per year depending on experience. Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.
