Position Summary:
Haventree Bank is looking for a skilled front-end software engineer to design and build amazing web experiences for our this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality responsive web experience as well as participating in technical discussions. You will be expected to own full-cycle frontend software development advising on technical design reviewing code and implementing best practices across the team. Youll consider testability upgradeability scalability and observability throughout the development process.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Pair programming with engineers on the team fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Deep knowledge of APIs to collaborate effectively with server-side engineers and contribute to API design discussions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring the stability and reliability of our applications.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of professional software development experience with strong focus on React Typescript CSS3 HTML5 NextJS
- Proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Experience with state management test framework and DevOps pipelines.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Storybook MUI Atomic Design Tailwind
- Experience on implementing Backend for Frontend (BFF) design
- Start-up experience as an added plus
