About the Role

As a Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist you will perform diagnostic echocardiograms (TTE) to assist providers in evaluating cardiac structure and function. Youll work independently while collaborating with physicians and clinical staff to ensure accurate imaging and compassionate patient care.

What Youll Do

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE)
• Prepare patients explain procedures and ensure comfort
• Acquire and analyze high-quality echocardiographic images
• Document findings accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Communicate effectively with cardiology providers and care teams
• Maintain echocardiography equipment and report issues
• Follow safety infection control and regulatory standards
• Provide patient education as appropriate

What Were Looking For

• Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography Cardiac Sonography or Cardiovascular Sonography
• Certification:
  • RDCS (ARDMS) and/or
  • CCI required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Cardiac Sonographer (outpatient preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy physiology and pathology
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• High attention to detail and diagnostic accuracy
• Compassionate patient-centered approach
