You will lead medical affairs activities in Singapore that support patient-centered decisions and safe use of medicines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams healthcare professionals and external experts to deliver medical education generate clinical insights and support evidence generation. Lead scientific engagements with healthcare professionals and external experts to share balanced evidence-based medical information.
Collect and communicate insights from the field to inform medical strategy and clinical evidence plans.
Support medical education initiatives advisory boards and scientific meetings with clear non-promotional content.
Respond to medical information requests and ensure accurate documentation in local systems.
Support clinical evidence generation activities including site identification and scientific input to study proposals.
Work with cross-functional colleagues (regulatory safety commercial and clinical) to ensure aligned compliant medical activities.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
Advanced degree in medicine pharmacy biomedical science or a related field.
At least 3 years experience in medical affairs medical science liaison clinical development or a related role.
Demonstrated ability to engage with healthcare professionals and external experts in an evidence-based professional manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
Proven experience documenting medical interactions and insights using industry-standard systems.
Eligible to work in Singapore. This role is hybrid with a mix of on-site and field work (>80% of the time).
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus
Clinical experience or prior work directly with healthcare providers in the Singapore or Southeast Asia market.
Experience supporting clinical trials or post-marketing evidence generation.
Familiarity with local healthcare systems formulary decision making and payer landscapes.
Training or certification in medical writing pharmacovigilance or health economics outcomes research.
Experience working in cross-functional and matrix teams across countries.
Ability to present complex science clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
