As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market Teledyne DALSA is recruiting for a Process Engineering Specialist to join our team in Waterloo !
What youll do
Develop and improve manufacturing processes for standard products.
Create clear process documentation workflows and instructions.
Prototype test and release new or updated process steps.
Lead costsaving and capacityimprovement initiatives.
Analyze data to identify trends risks and opportunities for optimization.
Guide and support junior engineers and interns.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors on materials and equipment.
Support process scaleup and technology transfer activities.
What you need
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills required.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams required.
Experience developing or improving technical processes required.
Ability to interpret data for decisionmaking required.
5 years of relevant industry experience required.
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field required.
Background in semiconductor manufacturing advantage.
Experience with materials science physics or mechatronics advantage.

Salary Range:
$62900.00-$83900.000Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including but not limited to location local regulations (such as minimum wage) education/training work experience key skills and type of position.
