Compensation: $23 - $26/hr Commission Opportunities (This is what you can expect to be paid in this role. The range considers factors such as years of relative experience cost of living/geographical area and clinic volume.
Pasadena Compensation Package:Based on the above an incoming Senior Sales Associate can expect to be brought in starting at $23/hr base with the opportunity to grow from there.
Schedule/Availability:
Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.
About This Exciting Role:
The Senior Sales Associate (SSA) supports the day-to-day operations of the clinic by leading through example on the sales floor and ensuring a consistent high-quality client experience. This role acts as an experienced peer leaderhelping drive sales performanceprovidinginformal guidance to team members and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The SSAis responsible forsupporting smooth shift execution and operational excellence but does not hold final authority for hiring scheduling or policy decisions.

Travel as an Opportunity
Travel is not a requirement for this role but may occasionally involve providing support to neighboring stores during peak times or special events.
Flexibility as a Strength
This role requires flexibility in working hours including evenings weekends and holidays to meet the demands of high-volume clinic environments. This provides opportunities to lead during peak times oversee key events and support new initiatives.
In-Person Connections
The Senior Sales Associate role is an on-site role requiring a strong presence during assigned shifts to lead operations engage with clients and support team success.
