MOZZ Artisan Pizza is on the hunt for a confident people-loving leader to step up as our next FOH Shift Lead! Youll help run the show during shiftskeeping service smooth guests happy and the team fired up and focused.
- Run the floor with confidence and keep the vibes high
- Lead alcohol service (beer wine) like a promust be 21
- Handle customer concerns with ease and professionalism
- Train and coach team members to deliver top-tier service
- Keep things clean and safe by enforcing food safety sanitation standards
- Manage inventory and help ensure timely ordering
- Communicate clearly stay calm under pressure and motivate your team
- Bring a team-first attitude and help create a workplace people love
- A few years of food service experience including at least one in a leadership role
- Strong communication teamwork skills
- A working knowledge of alcohol (especially beer and wine)
- Valid food handler and alcohol service permits (or willing to get them)
- A passion for training leading and creating great guest experiences
