PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Correspondence Specialist I is responsible for meeting service levels and management objectives related to FHPs Medicare Advantage program. The incumbent will be responsible for triaging incoming and outgoing correspondence to accurately direct it to the correct business units for timely handling.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and maintain all PO Boxes.
- Audit inventory review and redirect incoming mail.
- Scan paper claims for processing.
- Run returned mail process.
- Anticipate and plan for upcoming mail/print related needs.
- Develop and maintain relevant print and mail metrics.
- Assist with special projects as assigned or directed.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for driving the FMCNA culture though values and customer service standards.
- Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
- Develops and maintains effective relationships through impactful and timely communication.
- Takes initiative and action to respond resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
- Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned

- Previous experience in health insurance preferred.
- Excellent customer/interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skill
