Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor Lead with Hands-On Impact
Must be HVAC or EPA and CPO certified. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What Youll Do
- Lead schedule and mentor your maintenance team.
- Manage preventive maintenance and complex repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and property standards.
- Oversee inventory budgets and vendor relationships.
- Jump in with hands-on expertise when needed.

- Proven maintenance background with leadership ability.
- Strong HVAC plumbing electrical and carpentry skills.
- Ability to prioritize multitask and problem-solve.
