Job Summary

Amazon Cross Border (XB) programs allow customers to easily discover a wide selection of international products available from Amazons websites around the world offering simplified customs faster delivery local language and payment support and a world-class customer service. Cross Border programs have presence in multiple countries and is at the forefront of Amazons global expansion strategy.
Were seeking a Senior UX Designer to join Amazons XB Shopping team focusing on creating seamless international shopping experiences across Global Store Core Exports and other international expansion this role youll help millions of customers worldwide discover and purchase products from Amazons global marketplace.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead the design of intuitive shopping experiences that bridge cultural linguistic and geographic boundaries
* Create user-centered design solutions for complex international commerce challenges
* Develop user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs that enhance the cross-border shopping experience
* Collaborate with product managers engineers researchers and other designers to deliver innovative solutions
* Conduct user research and usability testing across different markets to inform design decisions
* Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design system for international shopping experiences
- 8 years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience acquiring user data (e.g. conducting usability studies performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature
- Experience designing customer facing retail products
