As a Lead Support Analyst for Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Cloud Applications you will be responsible for combined support and release management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP SCM and HCM)
  • Monitor integrations and critical jobs across Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM/SCM) and connected systems to ensure continuity and data accuracy.
  • Ensure the scalability performance and security of applications
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects
  • Oversee end-to-end release management for enterprise business applications including planning scheduling coordination validation and deployment across global environments
  • Coordinate testing cycles documentation and release readiness to ensure all changes meet quality compliance and organizational standards
  • Manage L2/L3 operational support including triage incident handling root-cause analysis and ensuring minimal impact to business operations
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT business stakeholders and vendor teams for issues enhancements and release related activities
  • Drive post release reviews track defects document lessons learned and implement process improvements to increase stability and reliability
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation SOPs job sequences support playbooks and release procedures
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs tracking team performance and continuously identifying opportunities to optimize support efficiency
  • Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Fusion workflows approvals reports and integrationscoordinating with engineering teams when deeper fixes are required
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels providing clear status updates incident summaries and release reporting

Skills

  • In-depth technical knowledge and functionality of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications including ERP SCM and HCM
  • Deep understanding & technical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications security integration framework reporting & analytics extensibility personalization configuration architecture and operations
  • Strong knowledge of tools used to modify UI in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
  • Strong understanding of databases Excel BI Reports including RTF eText and Excel Template XSL OTBI reports HCM Extracts BI Cloud Connector & BI folder security
  • Strong functional knowledge in defining and using flex fields lookups values set work structures area of responsibility personalization Business Process Management (BPM) approval and configurations
  • Strong business acumen of Order to Cash Billing Financials (Procure to Pay Record to Report) Hire to Retire Cash & Payments legal Tax and BI/DW
  • Detailed understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications best practices
  • Strong understanding of integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications with other enterprise applications
  • Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST web services
  • Proficiency in Oracle development tools SQL PL/SQL and JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of application support & development methodologies tools and frameworks such as ITIL DevOps CI/CD Agile Scrum code repositories etc.
  • Ensure security by design principles are integrated into all aspects of the Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and development processes
  • Proactive and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the client and deliver on project goals
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of other corporate systems technologies and languages is a plus
  • Knowledge & technical experience with code repositories and DevOps experience

    Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP/SCM/HCM) with approximately 70% technical and 30% functional expertise
  • Completion of at least one full implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP/SCM/HCM) in a technical role
  • Minimum of 5 year of experience with Oracle PaaS solutions: Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle Process Automation and Visual Builder Cloud Service / Oracle Apex
  • At least 3 years of prior experience in a team lead role is mandatory
  • Experience working with Oracle & other 3rd party vendors to resolve production support cases/issues
  • Experience with data management reporting solutions and preparation of technical reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information and trends
  • Experience with REST API SOAP Web Services Application Composer Page Composer and Page Configurator

  • Ability to guide and lead team members

Education/Technology

  • Minimum bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences & Engineering Information Technology or related Engineering field

Preferred Certifications:

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications are a plus
