The Marketing AI and Seller Experience Manager will lead and drive the exploration and implementation of next generation marketing engagement experience and data-driven marketing solutions using the latest AI technology products and tools. This role demonstrates strong product management skills and will work with marketing and cross-function leadership and stakeholders to understand and consolidate marketing requirements develop needle-moving use cases considering both marketing users and marketing audience experience as well as technology accessibility and lead product team and external vendors to write up business cases collaborate for scalable solution development and timely implementation.
Key job responsibilities
Leadership: Lead the exploration and implementation of AI-driven marketing engagement experience and marketing solutions using industry leading AI technology and in-depth data analysis. Able to drive the alignment with stakeholders and provide guidance to team to move forward.
Product Roadmap: Proven track record of developing and managing product roadmap with groundbreaking marketing user journey customized marketing and media optimization solutions for sellers (and service providers).
Use Cases Development: Work with marketing stakeholders to design marketing use cases applications and user journey.
Solution Design: Structured mindset and able to influence and support MKT and Central AI/product teams for the development and deployment of marketing automation and AI products & tools including content creation channel distribution media buy optimization personalized engagement and other customized marketing tactics.
Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on Audience Engagement Experience applications and understand complementary technologies including machine learning natural language processing computer vision and other relevant domains. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and recommend suitable technologies for specific use cases.
Continuous Learning: Stay current on the latest advancements in AI technology and tools. Conduct ongoing research and analysis to identify market trends and marketing application opportunities.
Data insights: Lead BIE and data analysts to turn data into insights and leverage data-driven insights for MKT/AI product development.
- 8 years of technical product and program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Proven record of team management
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Experience working within a high-growth technology-driven company
- Experience with end-to-end tech product development
