Position Overview

We areseekinga driven results-oriented Manager of Payroll Sales tohelplead ourinsidesalesorganization. This role will overseeAccount Executives with a focus on driving net-new business in the payroll solutions market. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and coaching skills and a proventrack recordin high-performanceinsidesales environments.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
  • Establishclear performance expectations KPIs and accountability structures.
  • Foster a culture of coaching collaboration and continuous improvement.Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Own teamresponsibilities insales for theirpayroll division ensuring alignment with company revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing revenue operations andotherlike-mindedproduction managerstooptimizelead generation and conversion.
  • Identifynew market opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Performance Management & Analytics
  • UtilizeSalesforce to trackpipeline forecast revenue and analyze performance trends.
  • Leverage Dialpad& Gongand other sales tools tomonitoractivity improve efficiency and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust sales tactics territories and team focus.
  • Coaching & Development
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions withaccount executives.
  • Provide feedback and training on sales methodologies objection handling and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate withpeersonboarding and training programs in partnership with Sales Enablement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner withpeers and upper leadersto ensureaccuratereporting sales process optimization and territory planning.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth client handoffs and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Required Qualifications
  • 3 years in sales in a high-growth environment.
  • Proventrack recordof success in salesand mentoringothersales professionals
  • Strongproficiencywith Salesforce and Dialpad; ability toleveragethese tools for reporting and coaching.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Strong coaching leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire to exceed targets.
