The salary range for this role is $137520.00 to $171900.00. Base salaries are determined during our interview process by assessing a candidates experience skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary

The Senior Director of the Walkerville Production Site leads one of our most critical manufacturing operations shaping the performance culture and longterm success of the facility. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence across safety quality cost delivery and sustainability while empowering teams to reach their highest potential. You will guide strategic decisionmaking champion innovation and ensure the site operates with agility and precision in a fastevolving environment. What youll do

• Lead daily operations for the Walkerville Production Site ensuring excellence in manufacturing production planning logistics engineering and performance improvement.
• Establish and deliver annual operating financial and sustainability targets partnering closely with site leadership to drive measurable results.
• Build and develop highperforming teams by coaching managers and supervisors strengthening collaboration and fostering a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement.
• Implement strategies that optimize materials labor equipment and capacity to meet production and customer service commitments.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives leveraging technology automation and digitization to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety and quality standardsincluding Occupational Health and Safety requirements and ISO certificationswhile driving timely corrective actions.
• Lead change initiatives that strengthen employee engagement support Union partnership and advance Pernod Ricards global sustainability objectives.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Food Sciences Finance Business or a related field.
• 810 years of progressive experience in operations leadership including direct responsibility for manufacturing or production environments.
• 5 years of experience in distillation or spirits manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams drive operational excellence and deliver measurable improvements in safety quality cost and performance.
• Experience implementing Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing practices to achieve sustainable business results.
• Proven ability to lead change build strong crossfunctional partnerships and navigate complex organizational environments.
