As a key member oftheAscendis Pharmateam you will play a crucial role inleadingthe effective execution of the Global Finance project portfolio ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and isan exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environmentcollaboratingwith cross-functional global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.

Youwill be joining theFinance Projects and Process Supportteam consisting offourcolleagues andreport directly toSøren Amstrup Senior Director &Head of Finance Projects &Process Supportwho is based will bebasedinHellerup.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Facilitatetheexecution of the global finance strategy in close collaboration withtheFinanceLeadership Teamand cross-functional teams.

Develop and manage a standardized Finance Project Management structure including templates and reporting tools.

Lead and coordinate major finance projects including biweekly project reviews progress tracking and resource allocation.

Coordinate finance-related tasks for global commercialization and the implementation of generic processes in new legal entities.

To take part in onboarding training and supporting finance staff including cross-departmental and global coordination.

Qualifications and Skills:

You hold a relevant academic degree preferably abachelors ormastersdegree in business administration or a related have 5-10 years ofexperience inProject Management in the Finance area.

Furthermoreyou have:

Previously worked in a finance organization ora consultancycompanyworkingwithin finance.

Demonstratedproject management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects.

Experience with process optimization and implementation of best practices in finance operations.

Solid understanding of finance systems preferably with experiencewithin finance applicationslikeD365Power Bior cognos.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data quality and process improvement.

Key competencies:

You area strong teamplayer analytical and have a can-do attitude. You are proactive in your approach and work in a structured manner.

Youpossessan entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal open environment where innovation and change are key.

To succeed in this role we also expect you tohavestrong communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at alllevels.

Travel:5-10daysper year.
