Job Summary
Responsibilities
Deliver and oversee high-quality person-centred nursing care.
Lead supervise and mentor the care team to ensure best practice.
Provide leadership and support during inspections and audits.
Act as Nurse in Charge overseeing day-to-day operational management.
Promote a respectful supportive environment that upholds dignity and wellbeing.

Support management in maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.
Requirements
Third-level qualification in Nursing.
Registered with An Bord Altranais (NMBI) with a current active PIN.
Relevant certifications in Infection Control Manual Handling CPR Medication Management Safeguarding etc. (or willingness to undertake training).
Previous experience in a nursing home or similar care setting (desirable).
Demonstrated leadership ability with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing others.
Flexible approach to working day night and weekend shifts.

Required Skills:
