Luxury Showroom Sales Associate - Dublin 15 Fixed Term Contract with view to Extension
As a Showroom Advisor you will be at the heart of delivering an exceptional and luxurious customer experience within our showroom. Using a consultative approach and expert product knowledge you will guide customers through the journey of designing their ideal bathroom space combining comfort functionality and style.
This role involves personalised customer engagement supporting sales enquiries maintaining impeccable showroom standards and managing administrative tasks to ensure every customer interaction exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the showroom understanding their needs style preferences and budget.
- Provide expert advice on bathroom products including furniture brassware ceramics and accessories
- Guide retail customers through the full product range and deliver a personalised consultation experience
- Prepare accurate quotations process orders when required and assist with delivery coordination
- Follow up on quotations to support customer decisions and drive sales conversion
- Liaise with Sales Area Managers and the Customer Experience team to support orders and resolve queries
- Maintain high showroom standards ensuring the space remains welcoming organised and well stocked
- Support trade shows and external events as part of the wider showroom role.
Skills and Attributes
Excellent customer service skills with a strong consultative sales mindset.
Confident communicator both face-to-face and via phone or email.
High attention to detail especially when preparing quotations reports and customer follow-ups.
Comfortable using Excel and general administrative systems.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and appointments.
A passion or interest in interiors bathrooms or home improvement is highly desirable
Experience
Experience in the bathroom industry would be an advantage.
Previous experience in a showroom retail or customer-facing sales environment is essential.
Background in interiors or home improvement is beneficial though not essential as full training will be provided.
