Job Summary
Parts Manager
Brad Deery Motors Maquoketa IA
Brad Deery Motors is looking for a detail-oriented proactive Parts Manager to lead and organize our Parts Department. This role is critical to keeping our service and sales operations moving efficiently reducing downtime and improving overall RO effectiveness.
What Youll Do:
- Manage warranty claims and warranty scrap accurately and on time
- Oversee core returns ensuring they are shipped back promptly
- Manage organize and maintain an efficient Parts Department workflow
- Monitor parts availability and shortages and proactively order parts for upcoming service appointments
- Maintain and regularly update incoming parts lists verifying arrival timelines
- Handle obsolete parts responsibly and strategically
- Provide accurate and timely parts quotes
What Were Looking For:
- Prior dealership parts experience preferred
(Experience working at a parts store is also acceptable) - Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to think outside the box and solve problems proactively
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters
