Responsibilities
- Manage empty residential properties through the voids and lettings process including arranging and conducting viewings completing tenancy sign-ups and scheduling new tenant visits for Neighbourhood Housing Officers.
- Let non-residential units in line with agreed policies and procedures including garages sheds cycle stores and allocated parking bays.
- Maintain and manage waiting lists for non-residential units ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Respond to correspondence complaints Members enquiries Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and Subject Access Requests within the remit of the post making recommendations to improve service delivery.
- Provide advice assistance and information to residents on income maximisation services and tenancy-related matters.
Experience
Qualifications
GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths or equivalent relevant experience.
Good working knowledge of housing management practices lettings processes and customer service standards.
Understanding of relevant housing legislation data protection and equality duties.
Additional Information
- Working hours: 35 hours per week.
- We work on Bi-weekly payments.
- The role closes on 5th Feb 2026 apply ASAP.
