As a EUC Desktop Engineer you will:
Provide L2L3 end-user support for Windows macOS mobile devices and virtual desktops.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware OS application and network-related issues efficiently.
Perform OS deployment image management and device provisioning for desktops and laptops.
Manage endpoint devices using tools such as SCCM Intune Autopilot JAMF or similar MDM solutions.
Handle patching updates and compliance across all endpoint devices.
Package test and deploy applications using SCCM/Intune or other software distribution tools.
Manage EUC infrastructure including printers VPNs collaboration tools and unified communication devices.
Support VDI environments such as Citrix or VMware .
Monitor and maintain endpoint security tools (AV EDR DLP).
Maintain IT asset inventory hardware refresh cycles and license management.
Create and update SOPs knowledge articles and troubleshooting documentation.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance policies (MFA encryption access controls).
What You Bring to the Table:
68 years of experience in EUC / Desktop Engineering or End-User Computing support.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 macOS Office 365 and endpoint management.
Expertise in SCCM Intune Autopilot GPO WSUS or similar tools.
Working knowledge of Azure AD OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN).
Experience with endpoint security and compliance tools.
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience with Dell HP Lenovo or equivalent vendors.
Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate ITIL v4 Foundation and CompTIA A / Network

Deliver a high-quality end-user experience with a strong customer-service mindset.
Analyze problems and provide quick effective and permanent solutions.
Prioritize and manage multiple incidents and service requests simultaneously.
Maintain accuracy in documentation asset tracking and compliance reporting.
