IT Coordinator Asia Pacific

Who you will report to

Reporting to the IT Manager AMB & APAC.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive IT Support professional to join a dynamic work environment providing remote IT support to Singapore and other APAC this role you will tackle diverse technical challenges and help keep our systems running smoothly.

The Role:

Experience a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. You will provide IT support remotely to Singapore and to our other APAC locations and will have the following main responsibilities:

What you will work on

  • Ensure local support to applications network management server management order fulfilment IT governance and security.
  • Assist 1st Line support team if or when required identify recurring issues/problems and automation opportunities and report to IT Manager.
  • Resolution and follow-up of incidents reported to 2nd & 3rd Line support.
  • Order and secure facilities equipment & supplies required to provide services.
  • Follow up with the local vendor identify needs and renewal cycle and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Ensure all incidents and requests are registered in the global helpdesk system and are handled according to Global Business Solution - Service Level Agreement principles and guidelines.
  • Identify needs arrange training and liaise with the Tech teams through online and physical training courses.
  • Monitor user satisfaction scores and identify improvement potential.
  • Advice on IT investment budget.
  • Provide accurate reporting as required.
  • Act within the corporate governance policy.

Qualifications you have for this role

  • You must have excellent written and spoken English skills and the ability to understand & convey complex IT scenarios.
  • University-level degree in IT or Business Administration or relevant industry experience. Alternatively you have an excellent customer support background and working experience or exposure as an IT personnel.
  • You are independent driven dependable result-oriented and possess a service-minded attitude.
  • You thrive when making connections and have a desire to get the job done and get it done right.
  • You should possess reliability trustworthiness multitasking abilities thoroughness initiative and determination.
  • You should have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while also being a team player. You can work towards deadlines handle pressure and be a problem solver.
  • You are committed to your and others safety compliance and wellness.
  • You must have a valid permit to work in Malaysia to qualify for this position.

Location

The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur office located at KL Sentral which is a strategic work location with convenience travelling by Monorail Rapid Kelana Jaya Line MRT and KTM services as well as easy to get to go by public transportation.
