Job Summary


  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead coach and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Set and monitor monthly quarterly and annual sales targets; analyze performance and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base through targeted outreach and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales messaging campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting pipeline reviews and performance reporting for senior leadership.
  • Manage client accounts resolve complex sales issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors industry developments and emerging technologies in the sales and marketing space.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies sales processes and regulatory standards in Malaysia.


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 25 years of progressive sales management experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with experience managing remote or hybrid teams.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth understanding of the Malaysian market landscape consumer behavior and business culture.
  • Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
