Designed and engineered various electrical control panels including MCC PCC APFC and PLC control panels.
Prepared junction box designs and detailed control wiring layouts.
Carried out selection and specification of electrical components such as MCCB ACB MPCB MCB PLCs and field instruments.
Managed cable selection cable routing and cable tray selection and routing as per project requirements.
Executed DG selection and coordination with electrical systems.
Prepared complete and detailed BOQ for electrical materials.
Performed power and thermal calculations for main disconnect switches transformers circuit breakers and electrical cabinets.
Selected appropriate VFDs and drive models based on application requirements.
Developed Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and General Arrangement (GA) drawings for electrical panels.
