Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and versatile Global Graphic & Web Systems Designer to join our this role you will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital assets managing and optimizing our companys web systems and supporting global marketing and internal initiatives. This position requires a unique blend of creative design skills web management expertise and strategic thinking to ensure brand consistency technical excellence and seamless user experiences across all platforms.

- Design visually compelling digital assets for global marketing campaigns client presentations company websites social media and internal communications.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print media.
- Develop layouts illustrations and motion graphics as required.
- Support product event and campaign launches with high-quality visual content.
- Manage maintain and optimize graphics and content on company websites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing IT Sales) to implement web updates and enhancements.
- Ensure website usability mobile responsiveness and SEO best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web hosting domains and integrations.
- Contribute to design improvements based on analytics and user feedback.
- Assist in technical interviews and provide tech support to internal IT teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical and creative project requirements.
- Support long-term digital infrastructure planning including potential server admin upskilling.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Web Development Digital Media or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in graphic design and web management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and web development tools (HTML CSS CMS platforms like WordPress).
- Experience with SEO analytics and performance optimization tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Navi Mumbai.
