Key Responsibilities and Duties
Client Representation: Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers guiding them through the purchasing or selling process.
Marketing & Listings: Promote properties through advertisements open houses and listing services.
Property Showings: Schedule and conduct tours of properties for potential buyers.
Negotiation: Mediate negotiate and close property deals ensuring favorable terms for clients.
Market Analysis: Perform comparative market analysis (CMA) to estimate property values.
Documentation: Prepare necessary legal paperwork including contracts leases deeds and closing statements.
Relationship Management: Build a network of clients lenders and inspectors to generate referrals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Licensing: Valid state real estate license.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Sales Ability: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of local real estate laws market trends and property valuation.
Tools: Proficiency with CRM software and MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
