Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for permanent and contract roles.
Manage multiple open requisitions across mixed domains
Perform active sourcing using LinkedIn job portals databases referrals and Boolean search
Work on mid-level to leadership hiring mandates
Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Ensure quick turnaround time and consistent pipeline delivery
Maintain ATS/CRM updates and recruitment trackers
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience preferably in a recruitment firm / agency
Strong hands-on sourcing experience (not coordination-only roles)
Experience working in a high-volume fast-paced environment
Exposure to both permanent and contract hiring
Experience hiring across mixed domains (IT & Non-IT preferred)
Comfortable working on multiple roles simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
Experience with leadership / senior-level hiring
Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter usage
Experience with ATS tools (any platform)
KPI-driven mindset (closures TAT submissions)
