Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for permanent and contract roles.

  • Manage multiple open requisitions across mixed domains

  • Perform active sourcing using LinkedIn job portals databases referrals and Boolean search

  • Work on mid-level to leadership hiring mandates

  • Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting

  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups

  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Ensure quick turnaround time and consistent pipeline delivery

  • Maintain ATS/CRM updates and recruitment trackers



Requirements


Must-Have Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience preferably in a recruitment firm / agency

  • Strong hands-on sourcing experience (not coordination-only roles)

  • Experience working in a high-volume fast-paced environment

  • Exposure to both permanent and contract hiring

  • Experience hiring across mixed domains (IT & Non-IT preferred)

  • Comfortable working on multiple roles simultaneously

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


Good to Have

  • Experience with leadership / senior-level hiring

  • Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter usage

  • Experience with ATS tools (any platform)

  • KPI-driven mindset (closures TAT submissions)

Required Skills:

Requirements 35 years of HR experience preferably in the BPO/ITES industry. Strong understanding of PF ESI labor laws and HR compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle fast-paced target-driven hiring cycles.


Required Education:

Intermediate PUC 2 or Any degree
