Requirements
Experience Required: Minimum 18 years in television programming.
Specific Mandate: At least the last 5 years must be in the non-fiction space specifically in a leadership role heading the show.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in television programming.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in non-fiction programming with a proven track record of managing show development and production.
- Demonstrated success in creating and delivering high-performing non-fiction content.
- Strong leadership communication and decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of audience analytics content trends and broadcast standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
Requirements 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing preferably in the fashion beauty or lifestyle industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects etc.). Strong understanding of design principles typography and color theory. Experience in creating short-form video content (Instagram Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts). Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meet deadlines and adapt to brand needs. A portfolio showcasing your best work in graphic design and video editing.
