Job Summary

Role Overview

Were seeking a driven creative and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone whos passionate about recruitment thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves finding innovative ways to attract and close top talent.

Youll work closely with clients across multiple industries using modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools to meet hiring targets and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.

  • Source candidates creatively through job portals social media networking and Boolean searches.

  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and maintain accurate candidate data and hiring records.

  • Conduct initial interviews to assess fitment skills and career aspirations.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients ensuring smooth communication.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness transparency and quality delivery.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets.

  • Stay updated with market trends job boards and recruitment best practices.



Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably with an agency or consulting background.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools job portals and Boolean search techniques.

  • Hands-on experience working with an ATS.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly target-driven self-motivated and proactive.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

  • Energetic solution-oriented and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment.

Required Skills:

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field. 02 years of experience in recruitment candidate counseling or HR-related roles (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of various job roles qualifications and industry-specific requirements. Ability to assess and identify candidate strengths and align them with client needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment tools or databases. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in a recruitment agency or placement consultancy. Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
