Job Summary
Excellent Job Opportunity for HVAC/Sanitation Installers!!!
Age:19-44
Working Hours: 38.5 hours per week (plus on-call duty)
Salary: 40000 annually
Flexibility: Yes (shift work available)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure sustainable functionality availability and value retention of properties platforms superstructures and technical systems through technical management.
- Support system optimization and operation of the Building Management System (BMS).
- Conduct fault analyses troubleshoot issues and carry out minor repairs including coordinating and requesting necessary materials.
- Perform prescribed checks and functional tests of HVAC and sanitation systems.
- Maintain and care for all necessary work equipment.
- Maintain regular customer communication and participate in on-call duty services.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship with final examination in Installation and Building Services Engineering Gas Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning or Sanitation (HVAC).
- Nostrification or equivalence certificate for qualifications obtained outside Austria (mandatory).
- Relevant professional work experience in HVAC/sanitation installation.
- TLP Yellow (target group certification).
- Good working knowledge of digital tools and MS Office.
- Valid Class B driving license.
- German language proficiency at B2 level

Required Skills:
