Principal Power BI Developer

1. Data Visualization & Migration (The "Front-End")

Expert Power BI: Advanced DAX Power Query and Performance Tuning.
Legacy Modernization: Converting SSRS (Paginated Reports) and SSAS (Tabular/Multidimensional) into modern Semantic Models.
Report Optimization: Expertise in DirectQuery Composite models and Aggregations for high-volume datasets.

2. Modern Data Stack & Cloud (The "Back-End")

Microsoft Fabric Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with OneLake Direct Lake connectivity and Data Engineering workloads.
ETL/ELT Orchestration: Building robust pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks.
Data Architecture: Solid understanding of querying and transforming complex datasets during the migration lifecycle.

3. Engineering Rigor (The "Foundation")
