We are looking for someone to join our team who is eager to learn with a creative mindset support their colleagues and have fun.

As a member of project teams youll play a supporting role in the end-to-end implementation of Workdays Financial Management product across a varied portfolio of customers. Youll act as a trusted advisor to the customer supporting the implementation of single or multiple Finance functional streams on any given implementation project.

• Month 1 - youll complete the Workday Core Finance & Practical Certification training and within your first 6 months youll undertake further Specialist Certification training

• Once Certified youll supplement your initial product learnings through active project engagements working under the guidance of a Functional Architect or Senior Consultant

• You will work closely with other Consulting Teams on projects including Data and Integration Consultants to ensure seamless collaboration between the various touch-points of the application

• Gain a practical understanding of Workdays implementation methodology at each stage of the project life cycle:

• Gathering and understanding Customers Business Requirements and demonstrating core Workday concepts utilising pre-delivered Workday solutions

• Translating Customer requirements into configured solutions and ensuring detailed unit testing of the Workday solution

• Supporting your customer during multiple rounds of testing responding to and resolving test issues under the guidance of the Lead Consultant

• Undertaking final deployment activities for the customer including the provision of knowledge transfer and post-production support activities

• Within your 1st year you can expect to have worked on at least 1 (potentially 2) full-cycle implementation projects within your areas of expertise

• In your 2nd year youll continue to build on the knowledge that youve learnt through additional training offerings and multipleconcurrent project experiences.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 2 years Consulting experience either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company

• Corporate Financial accounting experience or equivalent qualifications in Finance & Accounting.

• 2 years experience working with or Implementing a Tier 1 business software application such as: Workday SAP Oracle PeopleSoft ADP NetSuite Financial Force or similar applications

Other Qualifications

• Relevant educational qualifications and/or experience implementing or supporting Financial Management solutions.

• Experience working with or Implementing a Tier 1 business software application such as: Workday SAP Oracle PeopleSoft ADP NetSuite FinancialForce or similar application

• Business analysis and requirements gathering skills

• A detailed-driven problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable presenting.

• Ability and desire to learn technology quickly through a mix of different mediums

• Resourceful and adaptable; youll be comfortable working remotely utilising a variety of tools with a high degree

• Comfortable working with AI tools.

• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (under typical circumstances)

• Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory.

Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills and educational qualifications level of responsibility demands of the role work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc.
