Job Summary
The Finnish Agency is seeking reliable detail-oriented and hardworking Cleaners / Housekeepers to work in hotels and private households across Finland. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness hygiene and sanitation in accordance with Finnish labour and safety regulations. Selected candidates will receive full support with language training documentation and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms common areas and private residences
Use professional cleaning tools equipment and approved cleaning chemicals safely
Follow cleaning schedules checklists and sanitation guidelines
Handle laundry duties when required (washing drying ironing folding)
Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling as per Finnish regulations
Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health and safety policies
Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment to supervisors
Work independently or as part of a team depending on assignment
Maintain professionalism politeness and respect towards guests and residents
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 6 months 2 years in housekeeping or cleaning services
Qualification: Basic education
Age Limit: 2050 years
Gender: Open to all
Nationality Preference: India Kenya Nepal Philippines Sri Lanka
Computer Skills: Basic use of mobile apps or email
Language Requirements
Language Training Support:
Duration: 6 months
Training Fee: 699 (payable after selection before training begins)
Live online classes (45 sessions/week 4590 minutes each)
Evening sessions (Finnish time) adjustable for Indian time zones
Study materials included
Extra grammar support revision modules and personalized practice
Salary & Benefits
Gross Salary:per month
Working Hours: 3840 hours per week
Overtime: Paid
Shift Allowance: Yes (evening/Sunday bonuses)
Annual Leave: 30 days per year
Tax & Deductions:
Income tax: approx. 1522%
Pension & social security as per Finnish law
Accommodation deduction: 250450/month (if provided)
