Salesforceのプロフェッショナルサービス統括本部PSはカスタマーサクセス統括本部CSGに属していますこの部門の主な役割はお客様がSalesforceプラットフォームを最大限に活用しビジネス目標を達成できるよう多岐にわたるサポートを一貫して提供することです具体的には構想策定から始まりソリューションの構築そして最終的な定着化に至るまでお客様のビジネスプロセスに深く関与し最適なSalesforce活用を支援しています

PS内部にFunctional Architect本部FAが所属しておりFAにはお客様の複雑なビジネス課題に対してSalesforceの機能を活用したソリューションの提供を担うさまざまな分野の専門的な知識と経験を持つArchitectが多数在籍していますArchitectはSalesforceプラットフォームの深い理解と業界特有のビジネスプロセスの知識を兼ね備えお客様の成功を技術とコンサルティングの両面から強力にサポートしています

職務概要

本ポジションはFA本部Functional Architect本部に所属し部署内の知識やノウハウを管理共有する業務を担当しますお客様に質の高いサービスを提供するためには従業員が持つ貴重な知識やノウハウをFA本部内で効率的に共有活用することが不可欠です本ポジションではプロジェクトの成功事例製品情報各種テンプレートなどを整理し部署全体の生産性やサービス品質の向上に貢献していただきます特にAIを活用してナレッジの検索や分析を簡単に行えるようにするシステムを構築することも重要な業務の一つです

主な役割と責任

1. プロジェクト事例の収集整備AI活用支援

完了したプロジェクトの最終成果物の登録は基本的にArchitectが実施しますその登録されたナレッジを確認し体系的な分類基準やタグ付けルールに基づいて整備しますまたAIによる検索や分析をすべきと判断した成果物については利用しやすい場所に保管し直します

2. 汎用ナレッジの収集整備

社内にはグローバルのナレッジも多数存在しますそのナレッジを日本の個別案件で使いやすいよう分類し継続的に収集しアクセスしやすい形で整備更新します ナレッジ例最新の製品情報社内外の方法論および標準化された成果物テンプレート

3. ナレッジ管理プロセスの整備

ナレッジが常に最新かつ正確であることを担保するための管理プロセスを整備し運用の支援を行います

4. (Nice to have) 汎用テンプレートプレイブックの作成改善

個別のプロジェクトで作成された成果物の中から特に価値の高いものを汎化し再利用可能な成果物テンプレートとして作成します また社内でニーズの高い方法論などをより実践的なプレイブックとして体系化し作成改善することでメンバーの学習効率とデリバリー品質を向上させます

作成にはAIを活用し効率的な進め方を検討します

基本要件

• 指示理解業務遂行能力与えられた指示を正確に理解し自律的に業務を遂行できる方

• ITツール活用能力資料作成や業務遂行に必要なITツール例Microsoft Office SuiteGoogle WorkspaceSalesforceAIツールなどを理解し活用できる方

• システム構築プロジェクトに関する基礎知識システム構築プロジェクトの方法論や関連用語を理解できる基本的な知識と経験をお持ちの方

• 新しい技術知識への意欲AIツールなどの新しい技術や知識を積極的に理解し業務に活用する意欲をお持ちの方

• コミュニケーション能力ステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方

• 日本語のスキル流暢

望ましい条件

• システム構築経験システム構築プロジェクトに携わり何らかの成果物を自身で作成した経験がある方

• プロジェクト管理経験PMBOKなどプロジェクト管理の方法論を学習または活用した経験がある方

• コンサルティング経験コンサルティングの方法論を学習または活用した経験がある方

• 補足 お客様に対する直接的な支援業務は行う予定はありません
