Job Description :
HSE Assistant officer - Should assist HSE officer to ensure that food production, processing, in catering operations comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that aspects of the QCC FSMS and OHSMS (manuals, procedures, forms, PRPS, and SOPs, etc.) which are delegated by the HSE Officer are implemented and maintained in accordance with the relevant standards.
- Maintaining HSE documentation and monitoring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Facilitate the Operations Department by regularly inspecting production, accommodation and client service areas as well as inspect equipment, utensils and work areas to ensure both QCC and client FS and OHS expectations are being met.
- Assist in other miscellaneous duties assigned by the Project Supervisor, either in the kitchen or on a client location.
Qualification :
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering and/or in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental fields and NEBOSH Certificate
2. Proficient in HSE management systems
3. Food safety - Level 4 and HACCP - Level 3
