Job Summary
Role and responsibilities
demand turn to planning & delivery of material to support services at customer sites.
of operational plan (resources local constraints and infrastructure) to ensure material availability progress to support regional customer service needs
of the plan and drive delivery of materials to local warehouses and manage materials delivery/return between local warehouse and customer site
to and oversee the process of incoming emergency orders from various locations.
and execute administrative controls in the SAP.
directly with internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are understood communicated and fulfilled.
and follow up with daily escalations.
contact for the local CS organization.
stakeholder intimacy within the local organization.
10. Understand CS local operations and work in conjunction to improve.
internal/external stakeholders understand their requirements and manage to listen clarify and interpret into actionable items with end to end follow up.
12. Communicate with external vendors and manage for actions for demand fulfillment
performance with all stakeholders and identify initiate & drive improvements.
projects to further develop and improve end to end logistics processes and improve existing processes.

Education and experience
degree/Master degree
(e.g. Industrial Engineering & Management Science Business Administration Supply chain)
2. 3-5 years experience in a large international company prefer Supply Chain or logistics positions knowledge of business complexity supply chain and relevant markets
3. Customer interaction experience and relationship management to be considered as priority
analytical and able to organize and prioritize workload
in warehouse operation and freight forwarding is better to have
Skills
with ERP; SAP experience is preferred data analysis skill is must
(Excel Power BI Spotfire Power planner etc)
of business complexity supply chain and/or relevant industry
3.A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills decision making skills change management skills.
manage high dynamics whilst having the drive to structure.
analytical and complex problem solving skills to identify relevant supply chain drivers as well as perseverance and project management skills to actually generate impact.

This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730 et seq.).
