Job Summary

Lead Supply Chain Operations Manager - NIKE Inc. - Beaverton OR. Develop and implement supply chain designs models strategies and/or processes; measure supply chain performance and use this information to enhance business results; develop and implement supply chain process improvement and innovation to enhance business performance and develop new capability; identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency/effectiveness of the supply chain and/or develop/innovate new capabilities within the supply chain; determine how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes and/or new capabilities; and lead/own/participate in projects and/or programs that support the overall supply chain strategy. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S. except from AK AL AR DE HI IA ID IN KS KY LA MT ND NE NH NM NV OH OK RI SD VT WV and WY.

Must have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics or Political Science and 48 months of experience in the job offered or in a supply chain-related occupation.

Experience must include:

Supply chain management focusing on strategy and operations

Analyzing complex data sets and developing actionable insights

Product manufacturing supply chain

Managing annual corporate strategic review cycles

Developing comprehensive supply chain strategies

Analyzing market trends industry benchmarks and internal data

End-to-end Product Management

Processes Analytical Tools and Solutions

Process Monitoring

Performance KPIs
