Job Summary

Location: Mobile AL.

Schedule: Day Shift & Night Shift Available

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a manufacturing warehouse team. This role supports daily production and distribution operations by handling materials operating equipment and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Both day and night shifts are available.

Load unload and move raw materials and finished products

Pick pack and stage orders for production or shipment

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)

Follow safety quality and production procedures

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Assist with inventory counts and documentation

Work closely with production and shipping teams to meet deadlines

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred

Must be able to pass a drug and background screening

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus (not required)

Ability to lift up to e.g. 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Dependable attendance and willingness to work assigned shift

Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to train)
