Were searching for an experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead and elevate our behavioral health programs in Marion County. This is your chance to drive clinical excellence shape innovative programs and mentor a dedicated teamall while ensuring the highest standards of patient care for those facing mental health and substance use challenges.
What Youll Do
Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for clinical teams (therapists social workers and more)
Oversee clinical operations promoting efficiency collaboration and a patient-centered culture
Develop implement and evaluate evidence-based clinical programs to meet community needs
Ensure compliance with federal state and accrediting bodies (Joint Commission CMS etc.)
Supervise mentor and support clinical staff driving professional growth and best practices
Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
Collaborate with hospital leadership and community partners to align services and expand access
Lead crisis intervention oversee case planning and maintain a limited caseload as needed
Support staff development including hiring training and ongoing education
Requirements
Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Counseling or related field (required)
Current state license (LCSW LPC LMFT or equivalent; required)
57 years of clinical leadership experience in behavioral health (required)
Experience with program development staff supervision and regulatory compliance
Familiarity with Joint Commission CMS and accreditation standards
CPR and de-escalation certification (can be obtained upon hire)
Preferred: Inpatient psychiatric/behavioral health hospital experience; knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma
