• Prior kitchen experience with some leadership or shift lead time under your belt
  
  
• Solid understanding of food safety sanitation
  
  
• Quick hands cool head and sharp attention to detail
  
  
• Comfortable managing tasks people and pace in a high-volume setting
  
  
• Team-first mindset with strong communication skills
