Job Summary
Adelphi is seeking a Social Work/Counselor II or Addiction Specialist II SUD Clinician to provide substance use disorder services at a correctional facility in Colorado. The clinician will support assessment treatment and therapeutic services for individuals within a correctional setting.

Requirements:
Current valid State of Colorado license as Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) or Addiction Counselor Candidate (ADDC) OR
Certified Addiction Technician (CAT) in conjunction with licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) Licensed Clinical Social
Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Psychologist (PSY)
Experience working with substance use populations preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide substance use disorder treatment and support services
Conduct substance use screenings and assessments
Assist in development and implementation of treatment plans
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
Document clinical encounters and client progress
Coordinate care with behavioral health and medical teams
Support continuity of care and appropriate referrals
Anyadditional duties as assigned
