Based in Clearwater Florida USA we design and manufacture world-class lighting solutions that integrate sound video and air quality technology. To remain innovative we are looking for a leader to take our CNC department to the next level through High-Precision Manufacturing.

The Role

As ourCNC Shop Foreman you are the bridge between engineering and execution. Managing three shifts of supervisors and a high-tech floor ofOkuma and HaasLathes and Mills you will own the production schedule safety culture and the evolution of ourLights Outmanufacturing strategy.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Scheduling:Orchestrate 3-shift operations to hit delivery targets while optimizing machine assignments and materials.
Lights Out Mastery:Lead the strategy for automated overnight and weekend production to maximize ROI.
Continuous Improvement:Partner with CNC Programmers to reduce setup times and implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Safety Leadership:Serve as the OSHA 30 anchor enforcing rigorous standards and a proactive safety culture.
Team Development:Mentor shift supervisors and machinists ensuring high performance in a fast-paced environment.
Maintenance Oversight:Manage equipment lifecycles and preventive maintenance to eliminate unplanned downtime.

Skills & Qualifications

Machining Expert:5 years of CNC experience (Lathes & Mills). Specific expertise withOkuma and Haasis highly preferred.
Programming Proficient:2 years of CNC Programming experience with deep knowledge ofG-code M-code and GD&T.
Leadership Proven:5 years in a management role leading diverse teams.
Technical Literacy:Strong blueprint reading and math skills (Trig/Geometry); proficient withERP systemsand MS Office.
Physical Capability:Comfortable managing operations on an active shop floor and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Highly Desired (The Extra Mile Credits)

Certifications:OSHA 30-Hour Mastercam Certification Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
Technical:Familiarity withISO 9001standards and3D machining.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:$80000 - $110000 (Negotiable based on certifications and skill set).
Health:Medical Dental and Vision coverage starting after 30 days.
Future:401(k) eligibility after 90 days.
Time Off:Accrual-based PTO and paid holidays.
Schedule:MF 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Flexibility required to support multi-shift production).
