Job Summary
Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
Pay: $17/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team. This role involves working directly with clients to implement behavioral support plans ensure client safety and provide consistent care in accordance with treatment goals.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans as directed
Provide one-on-one support to clients
Document client progress and report observations
Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements:
CPR & First Aid Certification
Current TB Screening
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
Physical examination clearance
