- Apply daily to relevant jobs on Upwork for WordPress Laravel PHP React and Vue projects with a strong focus on high-value and long-term contracts.
- Analyze job posts quickly to identify real clients clear requirements and genuine budgets.
- Write and submit customized high-converting proposals tailored to each clients needs and pain points.
- Maintain a high proposal submission volume while ensuring quality relevance and clarity.
- Respond promptly to client messages questions and interview requests to maximize close rates.
- Book and coordinate discovery calls and meetings with interested Upwork clients.
- Track proposals sent responses received interviews scheduled and deals closed in shared tracking tools.
- Follow up on unanswered proposals and revive warm leads where appropriate.
- Stay updated with Upwork best practices profile visibility strategies and platform rule compliance.
- Optimize bidding strategy continuously based on response rate interview ratio and closed deals.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposals accurately reflect scope timelines and capabilities.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates of BSIT/BSCS/BBA or related field
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of freelancing websites
- Knowledge of web development and latest trends technologies
- Ability to persuade potential clients to hire us for their projects
- Pleasant and presentable personality
