Job Summary

As a Senior UX/UI Designer you will:

Create high-quality UI designs in Figma aligned with established design systems and accessibility standards.
Conduct end-to-end UX research including requirements gathering user interviews accessibility and heuristic audits usability testing and synthesis of insights.
Collaborate closely with product owners developers and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences across multiple program modules.
Translate research findings into wireframes interactive prototypes and final UI assets.
Ensure consistency and usability across all modules through design governance and continuous iteration.
Utilize Figma Make and AI-assisted design tools to enhance design efficiency prototyping and testing workflows.
Manage multiple workstreams while meeting delivery timelines.
Ensure all deliverables comply with accessibility standards brand guidelines and data security requirements.

What You Bring to the Table

68 years of overall experience in UX/UI design preferably across complex multi-module applications.
Advanced proficiency in Figma for prototyping and applying design systems.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools within UX/UI workflows.
Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.
Proven ability to manage parallel workstreams and deliver on tight schedules.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of accessibility standards and usability best practices.

Convert research insights into actionable design outputs.
