Project Officer / Project Coordinator ()
The appointee is expected to coordinate or execute the duty of developing Chinese medicine content for teaching purposes including but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Handle the administration and management duty of a project related to the development of Chinese medicine related content for secondary school curriculum including on-schedule implementation and communicating with stakeholders;
- Manage project accounting/settlements and financial matters;
- Arrange school visit/oversight activities and collect data on the use of the teaching resource kit including feedback from teachers and students;
- Assist in producing digital resources for the TCM teaching resource repository;
- Assist in designing documents and producing multimedia content for teachers and students to access on digital media platforms; and
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelors degree awarded by a local Hong Kong university or an equivalent qualification (majors in public administration media/communications Chinese medicine public health nursing epidemiology or related disciplines will be given priority consideration);
- Have at least three years of full-time work experience in administration and project management;
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent written Chinese and English; and speak fluent Cantonese Putonghua (Mandarin) and English;
- Be familiar with common computer applications including MS Office Excel PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; and
- Have sufficient experience and capability to handle strategic planning implementation planning and project management.
Candidate with less than 3 years of work experience will be considered as Project Coordinator.

The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed term contract of up to one year. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance and mutual agreement.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
