How would you build the next generation of mission critical systems and services that power the ability to send store and manage billions of products across the globe on behalf of our selling partners
We are part of External Fulfilment(EF) org where sellers manage fulfilment of their Amazon orders from their own or 3P operated premises. EF plays a critical role in driving Amazons fly wheel by providing Amazon customers over 90% of Amazons buyable ASINs sellers. EF complements FBA by serving (i) selection that is slow turning new/emerging or long tail where sellers prefer to keep inventory in their own locations/3PLs and serve multiple channels (e.g. D2C/ICs) (ii) product types which are harder to serve via FBA (e.g. heavy bulky custom-made products) where sellers have better fulfilment economics on EF and (iii) in Emerging Stores serving both head and tail selection as sellers are more reticent to commit inventory in FBA due to the complexity in onboarding/operating due to tax/regulatory constraints in some countries and have incumbent venues for selling.
We are looking for a dynamic technology leader to deliver strategic goals for Seller Dispute Management Platform(SAFE-T) for Amazon. Our system handles disputes for 3P sellers is working on multiple Gen AI Initiatives to simplify seller experience and Dispute Investigation.

Work closely with senior engineers to design implement and deploy applications that impact the business with an emphasis on improving seller experience.
Own the delivery of an integral piece of a system or application.
Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments
Assist directly and indirectly in the continual hiring and development of technical talent.
Create and execute appropriate quality plans project plans test strategies and processes for development activities in concert with business and project management efforts

- 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2 years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
