We are looking for an experienced Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Functional / Support Consultant to work on AMS support enhancements configuration and integrations for enterprise time & attendance and workforce management systems. The role involves incident management configuration testing integrations and production support in a complex enterprise environment.
Participate in full AMS lifecycle including:
Support & Maintenance
Enhancements
System upgrades
SLA management
Handle Incident Problem & Change Management:
Incident logging triage tracking resolution
Root cause analysis and permanent fixes
Work with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) for L1/L2/L3 support
Support hypercare deployments and production releases
Perform:
Configuration and reconfiguration
Upgrades and enhancements
Implementation support and UAT
Maintain DEV/Test environments aligned with Production
Prepare and maintain:
Functional & Technical Design Documents
Test strategies test cases
User training & implementation documentation
Configure and support:
Time & Attendance (Timesheets Pay Rules Security Pay Groups Calculation Groups)
Accruals (Policies Entitlements Assignments)
Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling (Shift Patterns MVS LFSO)
