Experience Requirements

23 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
812 years of overall Workday experience
Strong experience working as a Workday Consultant
Ability to analyze pros and cons of different Workday implementation options
Proven experience in solution design and configuration across Talent modules

Language & Communication

Excellent English communication skills
Ability to understand and participate in business-level conversations
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
