*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Architectwith deep expertise in Brownfield SAP S/4HANA conversion projectsand RISE with SAP transformations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end architecture roadmap planning and execution of complex SAP transformations ensuring seamless migration from legacy SAP ECC landscapes to the S/4HANA digital core under the RISE with SAP model.
*Key Responsibilities* :
- Solution Architecture & Design:
Define the overall SAP transformation architecture covering application data and integration layers.
Develop target operating models aligned with RISE with SAPframeworks.
Drive system landscape simplification and standardization strategies for brownfield conversions.
- Migration & Conversion:
Lead and govern SAP S/4HANA brownfield conversionprojects (ECC to S/4HANA).
Define conversion approach tool strategy (SUM DMO Custom Code Migration Readiness Checks).
Oversee data migration simplification item resolution and custom code remediation.
Technical Leadership:
Collaborate with Basis Infrastructure and Cloud teams for landscape setup under RISE with SAP.
Define integration strategy (SAP BTP CPI APIs) and extensibility framework.
Guide technical teams on best practices for performance scalability and security.
- Advisory & Governance:
Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders on digital transformation strategy.
Ensure alignment of architecture with enterprise standards and SAPs Clean Core principles.
Provide governance for SAP roadmap licensing and cloud transition under RISE model.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
Partner with SAP and hyperscaler teams (Azure AWS GCP) during landscape setup and migration.
Lead cross-functional workshops on process optimization and value realization.
Mentor solution architects functional leads and technical teams.
*Required Skills & Experience:*
Core SAP Expertise:
18 years of SAP experience with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield (System Conversion)projects.
Strong knowledge of RISE with SAP architecture components and deployment models.
*Technical Competencies:*
Expertise in SAP ECC S/4HANA BTP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud ALM/Solution Manager.
Experience with SAP Readiness Check Custom Code Migration Worklist (CCLM) SUM/DMO tools.
Understanding of SAP Infrastructure on Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)environments.
*Functional Understanding:*
Broad knowledge of core business processes (Finance Logistics Manufacturing SCM).
Ability to map legacy ECC processes to S/4HANA innovations and simplifications.
*Soft Skills:*
Strong communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Ability to influence at executive and program leadership levels.
Strategic thinker with hands-on technical grounding.
Preferred Qualifications:*
SAP Certified Technology Architect or S/4HANA Conversion certification.
Experience with multi-country or global transformation programs.
Exposure to SAP Activate Methodology for RISE with SAP.
Knowledge of tools like SAP Signavio SAP Transformation Navigator and SAP Cloud Integration.
*Education* :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related discipline.
SAP or Cloud Architecture certifications preferred.
